I’m going to be

Quiet peaceful and calm

Said the water to

The sea I’ve done

As you have asked

And touched the land

I don’t like it

It’s hard and cold

Always in the way

And life runs away

From me home I’m

Wishing to go where

At least I’m free

What holds the water but for the land? What cradles her? What would keep the water, if it could? Water is not separate. Water loves the land. Watering the roots… growing all the life TOGETHER. Land and water are a couple.
You’ve simply got it all wrong.

    I know. But maybe next time you spend time at the ocean, you will hear my metaphors and open your mind or heart or simply a sea shell to listen for more.
