If I could find
a hut on a
beach or a cave

a cabin in the
woods with just the
essentials that I would
be happy for I would
have then found the
strength there in me

Being anything with yourself
is harder than being
anything with anyone else
Let’s start with forgiveness
forgiving others is easy
we all do it
all of the time
But when was the
last time that you
forgave yourself or let’s
try selfishness we all
have been selfish with
others but when was
the last time you
allowed yourself to be
selfish with you being
almost anything with yourself
is in fact the
cornerstone of your happiness
No not your happiness
with others but only
your happiness with yourself

Learn to disavow need
and begin to practice
want needing anything needing
anyone is slavery not
freedom freedom expresses itself
by choice not need
Step away from needs
make do do without
with out isn’t scarcity
scarcity is a by-product
of need abundance is
the expression of want

And a brown skinned
lad wandered away from
his house and towards
his home leaving his
family to search for
that which he sought
A very specific mango
tree which stood precisely
where he’d planted it
To this brown skinned
lad this tree said
home more than any
other place for its
roots were indeed his
