seek is never 
found outside of 
ourselves but we 
infrequently ever do 
recognize it when 
we encounter it 
why is that 
because we’ve convinced 
ourselves that it 
must look different 

It’s never 
about how 
or when 
or where
or why
but that
that you 
do that 
whatever that 
that means 
to you 

This is all 
I’ve ever wanted 
just a place
to be myself 
however I am 
honestly and happily 
no more defending 
or even convincing 
nary a consideration 
just a conclusion
