Rally

The strength that’s required

To brandish my sword

I cannot muster and

Leave to youth but

Rather I hone wit

Sharpen sarcasm and whittle

And pluck the mantle

Hairs from the shoulders

Of demigods theocrats and

Buffoons who wear such

Not because of triumphs

But because of confiscation

Crippling those bullies at

Their weaknesses their lack

Of intelligence and morality

America

It’s with a heavy

Heart that I admit

That I am scared

Breakups are never easy

Yet here we are

Once had now gone

I will miss you

And what you promised

I did love you

But then you cheated

With the one that

You promised to avoid

You promised me that

Never shall we mingle

And yet you did

I should’ve expected it

Seduction is always sweet

Until the apple bitters

And it always does

Choose

Strength and faith

Come from within

Power and belief

Come from without

One is Heavenly

The other Hell

ConversationWithGod

Back to my knees

Lord where art thou

Here in my darkness

I implored the Heavens

To relieve me from

Despair have my sins

Prompted such turmoil have

I not been noticed

For my kindness nor

My love for others

Where are You

And then God said

I am the bottom

Upon which you have

Fallen which you kneel

Consider this do not

Sprouts spring from below

Do not trees rise

From the forest floor

Do not clouds gather

Rain from the oceans

Does not absolutely everything

Begin from where you

Find yourself to be

Now my dear boy

Start from here and

Be on your way

Just like everything else

Angels

Clarity is hard

Oh my God

It’s hard knowing

Understanding these things

While all others

Flit and fly

About knowing nothing

Bumping into others

Casually saying hello

I do find

My Heaven in

Others for what

I see in

Them is nothing

Short of angelic

From a distance

For who but

God dare to

Touch an Angel
