BeGoneGhost

What happens to

Ghosts that lose

Their moans groans

Their scariness do

They become wind

Do they turn

Into a breeze

Or do they

Disappear

Making no sound

I wonder then

What you might

Be for one

Moment you were

Here and the

Next gone without

So much as

A whispered whimper

Leave me ghost

You shall not

Have me my

Soul belongs to

The living those

Who have hearts

That beat loudly

And bleed on

Sleeves when hurt

Be gone ghost

For good now

UniverseYou (for Jay)

Sweetheart there is

Something that you

Need to understand

Life isn’t happenstance

Before you were

Born the heavens

Kissed you giving

A little bit

Of itself to

You that’s why

I can see

The galaxies twinkling

In your eyes

And the sun

In your smile

And hear the

Oceans of moon

In your laugh

Voices

There are voices

Which speak yet

No one listens

They’re heard in

Wildflowers and oh

Those breezes that

Blow through willows

In a baby’s

Gurgle and a

Puppies yelp in

A tire on

Moist streets and

A bicycle bell

Try to stop

Listening to those

Voices in your

Mind they lie

Listen to others

To hear the

Gleeful abandon of

Life and smile

Nightmare

My dreams haunted

Me with cruelty

Of people pursuing

And of torture

Me a loving

Man I wonder

What dreams mean

Unable to sleep

Wallowing in meanness

And abject inhumanity

I pray to

My Heavenly Father

To hear the

Sweet angelic lullabies

Eternity

There are constants

In life like

The sun and

Moon the seasons

Migration and then

There’s us we

Are simply not

We are lucky

Both in life

And love live

Your best life

And love as

Often as you

Can for in

This world we

Are temporary while

The rest is

Magnificently grandly eternal
