There is a definite equivalency. Although I think some would draw a distinction, in that a suicide bomber’s aim is to take out whom ever is around the location and as many as possible – and kill or maim is the aim. And the drone has a particular person as it’s target and kill is preferred to maim. Any others injured or killed are unintended collateral damage. Either way the result is destruction and suffering.
