RockiesDawn

And through my window

On a cold Rocky

Mountain morning I witness

The sky’s chagrin bright

Pink clouds blush from

Compliments a backdrop for

Naked trees standing shivering

Oh and now the

Previously shy sky erupts

With white and blue

During this my first

Dawn in the Rockies

ThinkThinkAboutThis

I’m so

Very tired

Of convincing

People to

Understand this

What you

Choose to

Do to

Others only

Impacts you

Not them

I repeat

You mirror

Others be

You to

Be the

And so

The story

Goes infinite

Until

Oh how I wish

I were normal whatever

That means normal in

Thought or destiny but

I’m not never have

Been I see things

So many many things differently

I guess it’s my

Plight my Achilles heel

But know this and

Take notice

How I see the

World and its magnificence

Is not new it

Is sadly forgotten until

Poem

I will indeed

Give you little

Just a few

Words like crayons

Upon which you

Can then draw

NoLongerBull

So what does one

Do with all the

Dreams not yet fulfilled

When does one stop

After having lost my

Love of a lifetime

I decided to charge

Like a raging bull

Into a colosseum chock

Full of unsuspecting matador’s

Flinging them this way

And that only to

Find that I’m no

Less angry and disappointed

And now in another

New town and place

I begin to wonder

Do I put away

My horns and frustration

And simply graze contentedly

On the far forty

Acres enjoying the view

And become just one

More of the many

Put out to pasture
