Holy cow I understand
Sometimes in life after
Many lives our Higher
Self descends to occupy
A human body this
Occurs on the second
To last lifetime of
A human host known
As spiritual transformation and
Is the last step
To eventual enlightenment and

What is this peace
That people talk about
Peace is not happiness
I think that peace
Is the absence of
Happiness because happiness is
Just yet another thing
Pursued chased like a
Ball or a tail
Dreamed of hoped for
Like that first snow
And that first step
And of I suppose
All those other firsts
But firsts lead to
Thirsts for many more
And then happiness becomes
Something out there waiting
Whereas peace well peace
Is right here empty
Of even the slightest
Hope of something better
HappyHappyHappy
I have learned that
Things don’t matter oh
They might matter for
Those who don’t have
Or for those that
Have and wish to
Keep consume and laud
But genuine happiness comes
From within and if
One is genuinely happy
Alone then one will
Always be happy for
No one can ever
Take that happiness away
Because they never ever
Gave it to you
In the first place
Periscope
Most people think that
Setting sail and traversing
The seas is their
Adventure it is not
Travel affords contemplation not
Victory it is only
When one lands that
One begins to explore
Failure and not victory
Awaits you victory arrives
Long after if you
Are incapable or worse
Unwilling to fight fears
And failure never set
Sail for before you
Is nothing but disappointment
So says the mind
But the heart knows
For the heart and
Not the mind is
Your periscope over which
It can see everything
HellICan’t
The hell I can’t
That is my mantra
And what carries me
Far above and beyond
I have never been
Limited by others opinion
You see most people
Spend entirely too much
Time constructing tiny little
Boxes and furnishing them
With trinkets of past
But me I see
The world as a
Puzzle and I am
A child picking and
Trying this piece and
That confident in myself
Knowing that whatever it
Is I will figure
It out and if
I can’t it can’t
Be solved but the
Goal is rarely as
Fun as the trip
And that’s the difference
Between me and others
