I love my
home the peace
and serenity in
which I swim
be it naked
or even clothed
I move languidly
and lithely from
room to room
nary a splash
and each place
something new I
see be they
picture pot or
plant each one
bits of me
Category: Life
Swirl
We dance about
each other like
snowflakes or leaves
barely close avoiding
the ends of
each other for
fear that we’ll
touch and stay
Dating
If only there
was just one
but there are
many to choose
each one like
some town the
train I am
travels by each
one cozier than
the last and
I deciding to
stop or not
no end in
sight just so
many brief pauses
Fruits
I orange
or apple
maybe banana
am now
being peeled
to reach
the sweet
meat of
me the
tender inside
my skin
my armor
my defense
no longer
is needed
for I
am flesh
Redact
I no longer pursue
I release set free
those things that don’t
belong or cause distress
or don’t wish to
stay for those things
are not made or
meant for my happiness
they belong to themselves
or to others or
to chaos not peace
