Wolf

I was
set in
woods to
be raised
by wolves
I know
no other
way than
the wood
for people
abandoned me
left me
to either
be eaten
or learn
how to
live the
life of
the dog

Scar

The sting
of wounds
like those
of memories
hurt but
not long
for scars
be skin
or thought
hide those
very things
that pierced

IYouWeUs

I warrior
you squire
I know
you feel
two men
who more
than ready
for battle
I no
longer feel
having scars
but you
feel each
and every
ding and
chink whincing
me spectacle
you spectator
each doing
his own
for life

Peace (for Bean)

I hope
that you
will find
the peace
that I
could never
give you
but that’s
what peace
was never
meant to
be coming
from me
all I
tried to
give you
was love
which you
never wanted
so your
peace you
can find
for yourself

Inn

I am
akin to
an inn
I can
provide shelter
some comfort
a place
to warm
but only
if you
find your
way here
you are
the traveler
and I
the stop
