I’m tired of hotels
having lived in four
in these four months
it might seem glamorous
to some living the
hotel life but for
me it is grinding
like living in purgatory
waiting for sins to
be calculated waiting wondering
with so many strangers
all of us strangers
but me yesterday I
got the call finally
to move to Heaven
a small apartment overlooking
Denver and the mountains

Dreams
Oh life how wicked
You are dreams come
To mind then people
Like stones make achieving
Them uncomfortable and painful
Dreams will often wait
But it’s the people
Who are always impatient
ChooseKindness
I have learned in
My long life that
People remember those who
Were kind to them
Long after they have
Forgotten those who have
Been mean to them
BeFound
What you find
Is never the
Thing looked for
It’s a thing
But never ever
The thing sought
That’s what the
Mind always says
But when the
Heart quietly listens
It can hear
The whispered wish
From another hoping
To find you
SuchQuiet
While looking out the
Window at this cold
And cloudy Denver morning
I am reminded of
One particularly chilly November
Day I hear the
Sounds and smell the
Aromas and remember then
And now and yet
And even still I
Am there not here
Not now not ever
I wonder why certain
Things cover us up
Like warm blankets drawn
Over our napping bodies
By our treasured memories
