When you think 
there’s no other 
all the rest
simply go away 
they blend and 
bleed like watercolors 
losing whatever they 
were into others
if looking stop
for you’ll never 
see much less
ever even find 
that which you 
thought should be 

People fall for 
whom not what
if not it
they fall for 
where and what 
and also why
you’ve done things 
that you do
that make up 
the whom and 
if maybe so

We exist in
one moment one 
second one blink
of an eye 
no more nor
less no matter 
just this when
never that then
and never again 

Looking back at
your past from
the future which 
is now your 
present and wishing 
to have changed 
it or altered 
it is like 
wishing that you’d
never been born 
for who you 
are at any 
given moment on
the timeline of
your life is 
as important to 
it as it’s 
to any other 
true forgiveness therefore 
is absolute forgiveness 
of all things 

I suppose I 
should’ve said goodbye 
but I never 
knew they left
they just disappeared 
or got bored 
or maybe lonely 
funny things monsters
and demons they’re
