Warrior

Immediately after the wars
all I wanted was 
to remain quiet on
the hillside and think
no no not think
more distance myself from 
those things that I 
had done before I 
sought some solitude and 
now that I’ve been 
away from the campaigns
I’ve begun to wonder 
so what is next 
I guess once a
warrior always a warrior 
fighting others or myself
