I thought that 
I knew happiness 
before but happiness 
when around others 
isn’t really happiness 
that’s called company
happiness is when 
you’re all alone 
and enjoying the 
things that you 
have surrounded yourself 
my happiness occurs 
in the simplest 
smallest and quietest 
moments when I 
am by myself 
and all alone 
with just me 
I’ve learned to 
make myself happy
