I am myself 
a work-in-progress 
a rough draft 
hardly a page 
turner and more 
a treatment an
outline an amalgamation 
of thoughts and 
ideas added and 
then removed then 
added again like 
they were new 
scratches and scribbles 
exposing the posturing
of crazy ideas
and of possibilities 
once written and 
never done until 
that is the 
Creator closes the 
book of me 
and assuredly exclaims 
it’s a wrap
