BatterBall

What I think 
matters much less 
than what others 
do it’s not 
the batter who
scores the home 
run but it’s 
the ball the
batter simply swings 
the batter could 
swing and swing 
for an eternity 
but without the 
ball there’s nothing 
all our perceptions 
are nothing but 
bats yet the 
ball belongs to 
the collective consciousness
