Brighten

Here sitting 
and gazing
at the 
highest peaks 
as dawn 
quietly kisses
their snow
I don’t 
feel cold
but warm 
knowing that 
like your 
smile brightens 
me this 
sun also 
brightens them
and this 
is where
I live
