Corner

One little lamp
in the corner 
and I tucked 
snugly beneath covers 
lay here wondering 
if the world 
outside my windows 
hear my silence 
or if they
buzz about busily
taking little notice 
oh well just 
more for me 
in these few
very delicate moments
