Aquifer

I like vine
tree and root 
no longer depend
but rather find
and patiently discover 
burrowing deep leaving 
the surface waters 
to those reliant 
on the obvious 
in doing so 
anchor myself there
and drink from 
the pure spring 
my souls aquifer
