Bots

Swoosh and beep
and other noises
outside my window 
greets the day
a din a
cacophony of sounds 
mechanical sighs and 
screams of business 
no butterflies or
birds or wind
nothing of nature 
just man and 
his machines taking 
one from somewhere 
and to another 
people as bots
