Nothing

I keep 
looking but 
never seeing
that twinkle 
of light 
upon the 
eye of 
one that 
caught mine 
mirroring a
tiny sliver 
of Heaven 
but now 
all I 
see is 
darkness an
eternity of 
no one’s 
and nothing
