I have often wondered 
just what it is 
that attracts me to 
someone else and what 
attracts them to me 
it’s such a haphazard 
serendipitous thing that even 
bet makers in Vegas 
turn the other cheek 
Maybe the eyes maybe 
the smile maybe the 
voice or the vibe 
I think it’s the 
laugh for within a 
laugh I hear the 
actual sigh of God
