Corners

There’s one thing 
that I can’t 
apply during my 
daily morning ritual 
I can shower 
and always shave 
I can pluck
and preen and 
douse and spray 
but the one 
thing I can’t 
is make the 
corners of my 
mouth turn upright 
funny thing corners
they’re right there
