RockySins

The snow lightens first 
and then disappears quickly 
like original sin is 
removed by holy water 
and a little while 
later the rest of 
ones sins the mountains 
are slowly cautiously revealed 
as the sun’s truth 
begins to expose them 
and the day becomes 
the penance of night
