I leave things behind

I do admit that

So so many things

So many in fact

That people become things

Too it’s not that

I wish to or

Want to or even

That I need to

I just do I

Guess because leaving things

All of these things

That I leave behind

Is because they belong

Where I found them

And frankly they’re not

Mine to take anywhere

I leave them there

Letting others find them

Just like I did
