Inspiration
is a drug to which
I’m addicted it’s the
marblesque figure
the porcelain skin
plump rose lips
and luxurious
to the hand
plush velvet
I yearn
for Inspiration’s
arousal
that lifting of desire
the escalation of
creativity which boils
over
onto the
blank
page
