Dreams so often hoped

Situations that appear great

Someone that surprised you

Someplace stumbled upon accidentally

All seem right then

But don’t turn out

Like parties nobody attends

Like gifts never wanted

But always lovingly given

Or like Christmas Eve

Snow that never arrives

Right guy wrong time

These are some disappointments
