Of saying goodbye
At my age
So long and
Farewell seem to

Far less frequent
Are the hello’s
As though as
I have aged
I have moved
Farther and farther
North away from
The equatorial sun
Of embrace and
Cast into cold
Solitude remaining until
The spring of
Hi hey and
How ya’ doin
